once the packs are open there are no refunds or returns (you cant just get a refund for an unlucky pack sadly were not amazon) and as stated in the shipping tc&cs once the package leaves our care via your purchased method it is solely the responsibilty of the royal mail we do not take responsibilty for lost or damaged items however if insurance is purchased we will help with issues to recover funds via insurance.
we have to state this to cover ourselves given alot of peoples love of changing their mind when they recieve an unlucky pack.
